Dr. Welim Azinge has provided quality medical care for the residents of the Imperial Valley since 2013. Her private medical practice was established in 2016, and she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Dr. Welim Azinge is board-certified in Family Medicine and Post-Acute& Long-Term Care Medicine. She also practices Addiction Medicine, for which she is board eligible. Her knowledge and experience present her with a wide variety of tools to take care of conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
Providing exceptional, compassionate care has been Dr. Azinge’s passion from the onset of her practicing medicine with over 12 years of experience. Welim Azinge MD focuses on prevention as a cornerstone of her medical care. We believe addiction is a disease; However, some medical conditions still allow people to thrive when they are prevented, and others require long-term and lifelong management.
We do this with enthusiasm and pleasure.
LaChune Price, MPAS, PA-C, a certified Physician Assistant, has worked in the medical field for over 20 years in internal/family medicine. LaChune received her Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Certificate Program from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science.
She has a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and completed the University of Irvine's Psychiatry for Primary Care Fellowship Program. LaChune is focused on providing exceptional care to all her patients and has found a passion for psychiatry, focusing on those struggling with addiction and mental health.
On September 18, 2019, Cedars Sinai Embracing Our Community newsletter published the article Closing a Primary Care Training Gap featuring Ms. Price's work providing street medicine to the Los Angeles homeless population.
Ying Dong, PA, has 10+ years of inpatient and outpatient experience and has advanced surgical and medical training (graduated from the Cornell University Surgical PA program and has previous internal medicine and cardiology fellow training).
Ying has been working as a hospitalist and sole provider covering internal medicine clinics, as well as home services, in the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley areas since 2012.
Ying will be covering off-site patient visits.
Martha is a licensed billing and coding specialist with 5+ years experience specializing in back office administration and management. She has excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
